Italian Naval Officers Sword Italian Naval Officers Sword circa 1915. The 28.5" blade is etched, lion head pommel, brass knuckle guard with anchor and crown, bird head counter guard, and ray skin grip with brass wire wrap. Scabbard is leather with decorated brass fittings. The drag has an embossed anchor and crown. The overall lenght of the sword is 34.5 inches and over all lenght in scabbord is 35.5 inches.
