BRONZE PINFIRE GUNS Over the last 15 years I have collected and studied Bronze Pinfire Guns. They ranged from the large 12MM revolvers to as small as 5MM revolvers. Most of the Bronze Pinfire Guns were 7MM revolvers and 7MM pepperboxes . The revolver shown below is one of the pieces from the collection.

9 MM Bronze Pinfire Revolver has scroll engraving on the frame and cylinder and has small amount of on the barrel. The barrel is 5.9-inch long and the over all length of the revolver is 10 inches. Grips are checkered leather and are good condition. The gun's action fuctions OK but the cylinder is a little loose. The over all condition of this bronze pinfire revolver is good.

MARKINGS: Liege Belgian inspector's mark, crown over the letter N, is located on the right side of barrel but no Liege Belgian proof marks or inspector's mark csan be found on the cylinder. With this type of inspector mark, the gun was made before 1877.
