A good German flintlock sword pistol by; SCHUMANN, A LINZ, circa. 1730-1750. The 21.5 inch long single edge blade is mounted with a single shot box-lock flint cannon barrel pistol (1.75 inches long, .37 cal. two stage round barrel with cannon muzzle). Steel guard/hilt with plain shell and steel pommel; Stag grip; 27 inches overall length. No scabbard. This is a scarce early sword pistol in good working order.
