Why are some items marked PRICE ON REQUEST? This was done because some people/dealers, without our permission, were placing information, photos and price on some of our items on their website for sale. They would try to sell the item above our price listed or they used our item as a “bait & switch” to sell one of their items to the customer.
01 June 2011 - The Dinosaur Walk Museum in Pigeon Forge, TN is now CLOSED and we are no longer in Olden Days Antiques Mall in Sevierville TN. We can by request bring some of your items to the mall for you to look at and purchase there.
Major email error problem: Many-most of our “reply” emails never were sent out for the last few months but they looked as if they were sent. I found out about this problem a few days ago when we received over 4,000 “lost” incoming emails. Currently we are in the process of resending emails and if this email is a duplicate of one you already received, please delete.
We are working with GoDaddy.com to move all of our websites to there servers. This may take the next few months to complete because we must rewrite all search programs and move sections of the websites at different times. Our website may not look large but we have over 3000 web pages to alter. If you run into an error on our website during this time, please email us at ron@ronruble.com
Because of server problems, we have "lost" all up-dates and new items added to the website for the last few months. Our website has now been reloaded with a back-up copy 3 months old. There are some items that have been sold or removed that are still showing for sale on our website. We are currently working hard to correct this problem and bring the website back up to date.
